With a mission to revolutionize bottle recycling, the company provides sustainable, end-to-end services — from collection, sorting, and cleaning to repurposing bottles for reuse across industries
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Glass Waste Collections Supervisor to join our team at Bottle Logistics East Africa Limited. The person will be responsible for developing and leading the strategy for glass waste collection from various collection points, specifically, bars, hotels, restaurants, malls and from residential households ensuring the materials are handled safely and transported to our recycling facility. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to environmental sustainability while working in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute glass waste collection strategy from various sources e.g. bars, restaurant, hotels and residential homes.
✅ Grow volumes of glass waste from these sources as per company targets.
✅ Manage a team of field agents supporting collection of glass waste.
✅ Roll out a digital collection platform to collect data on glass waste.
✅ Analyze field collection data and provide weekly reports.
✅ Organize logistics of glass waste from other region to the bottle logistics main collection center.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Minimum of a diploma in sales & marketing or in a business- related field.
📈 2-3 years of work experience in route to market/distribution.
🎯 Experience in the food and beverage industry is an added advantage.
📘 Expertise in Ms. Office is a must.
⚖️ Strong data analysis skills.
💡 Strong leadership, integrity, and analytical skills
💡 Must be well conversant with the various regions in Mombasa region.
Location: Mombasa
Remuneration: Gross Salary- 40,000 plus Commissions
